Cecilia Edefalk (b. 1954, Sweden) is a painter and sculptor living and working in Stockholm, Sweden. She attended Konstfack College of Arts, Crafts and Design, Birkagårdens College, and the Royal University College of Fine Arts, all in Stockholm. Edefalk's interest in the ideas of original and copy leads her to take an in-depth serial approach to her subject matter. Through her investigative process, Edefalk often duplicates and transforms a single motif.
