The Sales Support Specialist will work alongside the sales representative and handle all matters specific to customer accounts including managing client inquiries, inventory tracking, sample requests, order placement, product information, and project follow-up. They will serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers, working cross functionally with operations, resource management, quality assurance and fulfillment. The successful candidate must have PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. The candidate must be able to problem-solve, prioritize and organize tasks with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. This role requires both self-motivation to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting. A bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of customer service experience is preferred.

Maharam is seeking a Custom Studio Design Coordinator for our East Greenville, PA office. The Custom Studio Design Coordinator will work alongside Custom Studio to coordinate custom development between sales and resources including order placement with an emphasis on digital print, sample requests, processing invoices, and relaying weekly updates on current projects. This position will work cross functionally with sales, design, product management, resource management, quality assurance, and fulfillment. The successful candidate must have PC proficiency, including Adoble Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel. The candidate must be able to problem-solve, prioritize and organize tasks with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. This role requires both self-motivation to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting. A degree in Marketing or Design and/or 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Edelman, Knoll Textiles and Maharam to the Architectural and Design community, as well as other industry-related clients, such as office furniture dealers and wallcovering contractors. The Sales Representative must be able to travel to client locations to build and foster relationships through product presentations and industry events tailored to the specific interest of clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, and a well-informed communicator with a strong record of accomplishments and successful history of project involvement. A degree in textiles and/or interior design is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

Machine Operator

Maharam is seeking a Machine Operator for our Yaphank, NY location. The Machine Operator will operate turret truck and/or order picker machines, pick textile rolls from shelves and move to order processing staging area, return unused rolls of textiles back to shelves, and stock shelves with newly received textile rolls. Maharam is offering a $250 bonus which will be paid to new hires after reaching their third month of employment and an additional $250 after reaching six months.

The Order Processor will pack UPS and freight orders, load and unload trucks, pick orders and stock shelves, and receive and ticket inventory.
